Matt Damon sits down for an interview on Live! with Kelly & Ryan on Tuesday morning (December 12) in New York City.
The 47-year-old actor opened up about the time he was driving in a car with Chris and Liam Hemsworth and ran into Ryan walking his dog down the street. At the same moment, a van of tourists showed up!
“We go, ‘Chris, roll down the window, there’s Ryan over there,’” Matt said. “So Chris rolls down the window, goes, ‘How ya doing everyone? Chris Hemsworth, nice to see you.’ The [people in the] van totally flip out, and he [points to Seacrest and] goes, ‘Ryan Seacrest, everyone, walking his dog!’”
Matt then said that they were driving next to the van and every time they got to a traffic light, he, Chris, and Liam would switch places to surprise the fans in the van!

Matt Damon made an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Monday evening (December 11) and explained why he hasn’t shown his kids his Oscar-winning film Good Will Hunting yet.
The 47-year-old Downsizing star told host Stephen that his children haven’t seen Good Will Hunting, which recently celebrated its 20th anniversary, because the film has so much cursing in it.
In fact, Matt went on to explain that the reason the film has an R rating is because it contained too many f-bombs, over a hundred more than what was allowed for a PG-13 film. “At the time, you were allowed to say the f-word three times,” Matt revealed. “I said, ‘OK, how many are we off by?’ They said, ‘You go over by 145.’”
“Being from Boston, I don’t think we realized how much we swore,” Matt added. “It was literally a placeholder. You’d go, ‘F–k, oh, I know what I wanted to tell you.’ When Ben [Affleck] and I wrote it, we would do the lines together and transcribe it.”

The 44-year-old A Series of Unfortunate Events actor and the 47-year-old Jason Bourne star hit the red carpet at the event held at AMC Lincoln Square Theater on Monday night (December 11) in New York City.
Neil went for a grey and black look, while Matt opted for a blue suit with a tie.
They were joined by their co-star Hong Chau, who stunned in a black and white polka-dot dress, white accessories, and red lipstick.
Downsizing is a social satire in which a guy realizes he would have a better life if he were to shrink himself.
“It’s unlike any other movie I’ve ever seen, and that’s why I love it so much,” Matt told Parade. “I guess I’d say it’s a satire. It takes such a crazy left turn in the middle, and I really love that. I read something someone wrote about it the other day, which said something like, ‘I’ll give you a million dollars if, at the start of the movie, you can tell me where it’s gonna end.’”
